Hi, I am new to all this, so of course I fall at the first hurdle... It seems on mandriva (2007.0) I need to build the kernel module from source?. So, the first hurdle is getting the source using git. I don't have it, and have never heard of it. I downloaded curl (mandrivas old one gives compile errors building git-1.6.0) and I installed a new curl with prefix=/usr so I overwrite the old curl. I downloaded and installed git, and initialised git config
